Our poolside pavilion is a spacious 20’x40′ covered structure with lights, ceiling fans, an extra large cooler, 4 picnic tables and extra seating. Pavilion rentals also include the use of the clubhouse refrigerator. Please follow the instructions below to arrange your reservation.
MEMBERS:
Members who wish to bring more than 6 guests to the pool are required to rent the pavilion.
The member rental rate is $35/hour. Minimum 2 hours, maximum of 4 hours total.
Check the calendar to make sure your desired date and time is available.
To reserve the pavilion please read the Pavilion Rental Rules and submit a completed Pavilion Reservation Request Form along with full payment for your reservation. Payment can be made via Venmo – @gwin-oaks (0429) or Zelle (gwinoaksswim@gmail.com).
