Distinguished for its intimate and family-oriented ambiance, GOST sets itself apart by consistently delivering the tailored experiences our members crave. Unlike other clubs, at GOST, your pool day remains uninterrupted by swim team meets, and our “swim at your own risk” policy ensures a tranquil atmosphere without lifeguards blowing whistles as you unwind.
Nestled in the serene River Oak Village Subdivision, our club provides a peaceful sanctuary enveloped by lush wooded landscapes—an idyllic backdrop for warm summer nights, friendly gatherings, and the creation of enduring memories with your loved ones. Here, you can bask in the sun, delve into a good book, and escape in the sounds of nature.
As a member-exclusive club, GOST hosts a variety of social events throughout the year. From poolside karaoke to “dive-in” movie nights and concerts, our calendar is filled with opportunities for members to come together and enjoy unique experiences.
Tucked away in Lawrenceville, just a half-mile from Five Forks Trickum Road off Oak Road in the River Oak Village subdivision, GOST may be a hidden gem, but it’s undoubtedly worth the effort to discover. Gwin Oaks Swim & Tennis offers:
– Family-oriented, private club in an established neighborhood with plenty of on-site parking.
– Sparkling 5-lane, 25-meter, 3 – 10-foot deep competitive swimming pool with a large, full-sun deck and lots of seating including chaise lounges for laying in the sun, and tables with umbrellas for relaxing between dips in the pool. The pool is open annually, from mid May through the end of September.
– Large 40’ x 20’ lighted pavilion with fans and picnic tables overlooking the pool and tennis court.
– Poolside cabana with rocking chairs.
– Poolside gas grills, refrigerator and freezer for members to use.
– Pool volleyball equipment available for members use.
– Year round access to the outdoor basketball goal with 15’ x 18’ paved area.
– Playground and wide-open field for outdoor sports and activities. Year round access.
– Year round access to the tennis court.
– Great accessibility! The pool is open from 7am-11pm throughout the season. We do NOT have swim team practices or meets that would interrupt members’ access to the pool.
We are a Swim At Your Own Risk club; No Lifeguards On Duty.
