Our poolside pavilion is a spacious 20’x40′ covered structure with lights, ceiling fans, 4 picnic tables and extra seating. Members and non members alike can rent the pavilion for gatherings. Please follow the instructions below to arrange your reservation.
MEMBERS:
Members who wish to bring more than 6 guests to the pool are required to rent the pavilion.
The member rental rate is $25/hour. Minimum 2 hours, maximum of 4 hours total.
Check the calendar to make sure your desired date and time is available.
To reserve the pavilion please read the Pavilion Rental Rules and submit a completed Pavilion Reservation Request Form to [email protected] along with full payment for your reservation. Payment can be made via Zelle – [email protected] or Venmo – @gwin-oaks (8048).
NON-MEMBERS:
- The rate for non-members is $200 for the first 2 hours and $100 for each additional hour, up to a maximum of four hours total (min 2 hours). Non members must also pay a $200, refundable damage/cleaning deposit. This deposit will be refunded if the area is left clean and undamaged. The renter does assume responsibility for any damages caused by their guests, even beyond the $200 deposit.
- Maximum of 20 guests.
- Non-members MUST hire lifeguards for their event. You can hire guards from any company you choose.
- No parties may be scheduled on a holiday.
- Renter agrees to ensure all guests follow the rules posted at the pool. Guests found to not be following the rules may be asked to leave.
